I’ve spent more than 18 years working in construction and over 14 years focused on roofing and storm damage claims. For the last 10 years, I’ve also worked as a property damage insurance appraiser and for 5 years as an umpire, making sure homeowners and business owners receive fair outcomes when disputes arise.

Through my company, Tectum Construction and Consulting, I specialize in residential insurance restoration for wind, hail, and water damage claims. I also handle property damage appraisals, write and review Xactimate estimates, and assist both private clients and attorneys with claim evaluations.

Over the years, I’ve handled thousands of residential, multifamily, and commercial appraisals. I’ve also served as an expert witness in both state and federal court cases, which has given me a clear understanding of how to present claims and defend property owners’ interests.

I speak both English and Spanish, and I’ve built my career around strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. My goal is simple: to protect property owners, simplify a stressful process, and make sure people get the results they deserve when dealing with insurance claims.
